The other accrediting bodies are the Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA) in Maryland, USA, and the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA), and recognized by the Thai government’s Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC).

The Thai Ministry of Education recognizes the EIS diploma as the equivalent of the Thai secondary school certificate. With this certificate, EIS graduates have the added option to sit for the entrance examinations in Thai universities.
