The Milne Auditorium glittered in lights accompanied by hymns of the season as the Music Department
culminated its first semester of learning through a series of musical concerts starting from middle
school, grades one through five, and the kindergarten sections from November twenty-five to twenty-
eighth. A variety of performances ranging from choir, violin, keyboard, melodica, and band serenaded
the audience with great delight and bliss with messages that magnified the birth of Jesus Christ and His
love for humanity. Mrs. Joanne Laude, the department head of Music, conveyed her gratitude to the
parents, teachers, staff, and students who all came together to make this concert a huge
success. Parents who came to witness these musical events were immensely proud of their children who
took centerstage to showcase their respective talents. “We are happy to see our children perform and
we thank the teachers for guiding them well,” said a kindergarten couple who came to watch the
amazing performances. These performances were part of the student’s requirements in their music
classes in voice, violin, keyboard, melodica, and others.
