NEW FACULTY AND STAFF FROM THE UK, US, AFRICA, AND ASIA JOINED THE EIS FAMILY

Forty-four new teachers and staff were welcomed into the EIS family on July 30, 2024at the Student
Centre of Building Nine. The kindergarten section got the highest number of new employees, with
thirteen, followed by the elementary section and staff, with eleven and ten, respectively, while the
middle and high school sections both have five additions. The new members of the EIS family came
from Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, Columbia, Mexico, Malaysia, the Philippines,
Myanmar, India, Jamaica, and Thailand. “We are blessed to open more classes this academic year, so
we are delighted to welcome you to Ekamai International School,” said Ajarn Saowanee Kiatyanyong
during the new employee orientation. “We are here to serve God and the EIS community through
education,” the school director emphasized. The new teachers and staff were treated to a guided tour
of the Ancient City of Siam in Samutprakarn as part of the immersion and culture-building initiative of
the EIS human resources department and the leadership team.
