Virtual Bible Character Competition
By: Janice Quimba
The Word of God openly presents both the strengths and weaknesses of the Bible characters that we can relate to them and learn from their successes and failures. Paul wrote, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ,” 1 Corinthians 11:1.
Representatives from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 2 participated in the Student Council’s 1st Virtual Bible Character Competition, where students and families bond, strategize and understand more on the famous Bible characters. The final output was aired via Youtube on November 24, 2021.

“It was indeed a wonderful time watching and listening to our little kids talking about their chosen Bible Character. Thank you, parents, students, teachers, and everyone who contributed to making this year’s event meaningful. May we continue to remember the text found in Matthew 5:16, “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven,” gleefully shared by Teacher Hearty Joy Gagnan, Primary School Student Council Sponsor.
“The Student Council are glad to see you all dressed up and immersed in the role of bible characters. Thank you to all the students who have participated in this virtual event, and congratulations to all the winners. All of you did well, be proud of yourself, and God bless”, shared the SC President.
